Our team behind the work
Built around
accountability.
Every THREE-L project is supported by an experienced team that takes time to understand what you need, coordinate the details and protect the standard agreed upon from the start.
Led by Matthieu LaRochelle, our team brings more than ten years of practical construction experience to identifying issues early, explaining options clearly and making decisions with the finished project in mind.
The goal is simple: give every client confidence in the workmanship, the communication and the people responsible for delivering it.

What working together feels like
“You should always know who is responsible, what happens next and why a decision is being made.”
Good construction is not only measured by the finished project. It is also measured by how clearly the work is planned, communicated and carried through.
